When I called him out, his literal response was 'I never make mistakes.' I was stupid enough to get sucked in and sent them back, costing me another $80 in postage, only for him to sit on them for months and return them still broken. Out $750 total for zero repairs, zero accountability, and pure gaslighting from an arrogant, delusional clown who hides behind a screen. Looking at how he treats customers, nothing has ever changed--he just takes your money, botches the work, and then plays the victim in the review replies.
