After 15 years, no warning, even after knowing the reason. Second, if you forget to confirm your appt. they will cancel it without letting you know. My daughter has shown up for two appointments only to be told they were canceled because she didn't confirm the already agreed upon appointment. Apparently, it's OK for them to break appointments as they please, but not OK for their customers. The double standard is astonishing. When they cancel without notice: no accountability. When you cancel unexpectedly due to illness: immediate penalty. This practice has become rigid, punitive, and completely lacking in basic customer care or common sense. We will be finding a new dentist, and I would encourage anyone considering this office to be aware of their policies and how they are enforced -- and continue looking. There are plenty of good dentists.

When I tried to get my permanent bridge the "office manager" informed me they charged off my account that I was paying on regularly. They never provided my permanent bridge. Instead they refunded a small portion of all the money they were paid and reversed the claims paid by my dental insurance. They're affiliated with another Dentistry in Saratoga and didn't honor their treatment plan and treated me like a diseased animal without any consideration for my dignity nor well being. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Fast forward to 12/31/24 when I walked out with new dentures. in March I dropped the bottom denture, breaking it. They made me a new dentures from and did not charge me. Now on 10/13, I was eating a piece of roast beef and the replacement denture broke in the same exact location as the first one. I went back, they repaired my denture charging me $149.00 to glue it back together. I tried expressing my frustration with the dentist, he was simply getting to frustrated with me, so I walked out. My concern is the 2 bottom dentures breaking for different reasons but in the same exact spot. The dentist tells me they will probably break again and all he could offer me was a hard reline and that may not work. so I bargained in good faith with Aspen, paying over $3000.00 for new dentures and the bottome one is going to keep breaking. I would go to literally any other dentist besides Aspen dental. you might think they will get you in quicker or be more convenient but read these reviews, you'll wind up getting pushed out for weeks due to errors, there are reports that they force people to have other treatments before they will agree to do what the person came there for, even if they are in extreme pain, and the staff does not care in the least. don't believe anything they say. I was told I "needed a root canal," and I agreed under the assumption that the procedure would restore the tooth. I was not told that the tooth would be left structurally weakened and incomplete without an additional procedure at a separate cost. I was informed that the existing crown on the adjacent tooth was at risk of being dislodged during the root canal. That resulted in another $1,313 expense. The entire picture should have been communicated upfront, before I was in the chair, and before I was committed to the procedure. This omission mattered. It affected both my financial planning and my ability to make an informed decision. It also created a situation where the burden of cost and stress did not become clear until it was too late to choose differently. I am not asking for anything. I am stating the impact. They do not feel responsible for their work if they cause damage.

I went in for what should have been a routine filling to repair a crack & fill a spot on my 2 front teeth. Dr Hubbard worked on me. She was very rough. Cut my back gum and slipped 3 times with the sander & stripped enamel off my 2 front teeth which left grooves which are exposed. After 4 days in pain and my teeth grooved in the front with a high spot on my back tooth which Dr Hubbard Failed to complete the job I called back. I told them the problem and I asked to see Dr Soy. I specifically told them I didn't want to see Dr Hubbard again because of her rough shoddy work on MY FRONT Teeth. When I got there I waited in the chair for 45 mins then Dr Hubbard came in to try to work on me and I told her NO. Finally Dr Soy came in to clean up Dr Hubbards mess. Dr Soy was great but made excuses for Hubbard & had Dr Hubbard assisting her will she worked on me which I did not like. Long story so I'll finish. My 2 front teeth are no longer smooth as they are supposed to be but I don't have any options. Fillings seem fine. I'm a tough guy who can take pain but this was ridiculous. It should have been a one and done job but 2 visits in 6 days driving 15 miles each way was ridiculous and uncalled for. Made it a very unpleasant 10 days for only a filling. I have been going to Zalatan for over 5 years and never had an unpleasant experience. I drive from north of Rome to Utica just to go to them so I am a loyal customer. Unfortunately i now will have to find another Dentist. If your a patient there you should avoid Hubbard as she was rough with no compassion.
