During this time, I have found the owners and staff to be thoroughly professional, honest, and above all, caring. They take their jobs seriously, and they treat every dog like their own. The service Camp Bow Wow offers is unrivaled. Tyson spends at least one day every week at camp for exercise and socialization. He comes home and goes right to sleep after a day of running around and playing with his dog friends, and he can't wait to jump in the car to go back for his next visit! I also use Camp Bow Wow's Home Buddies service when it's not convenient to board Tyson. Home Buddies will come to your house to feed, walk, and keep your dog company while you're away. You can't beat that! You don't have to worry about your pet's safety at Camp Bow Wow. When new dogs come in, there is an interview process to make sure that they will socialize well with the group. There are dedicated areas for animals of various energy levels, which helps keep the yards peaceful and fun for all the dogs. Everything is supervised by trained counselors, who are all wonderful. They will know you and your dog by name on your second or third visit. And the facility is always clean and well-maintained. We love Camp Bow Wow! My dog Beau is always greeted in the lobby at camp by friendly staff and smiling faces. We feel welcome even though Beau is a big boy who loves to shower people with kisses and has alot of "puppy" left in him! Camp is Beau's favorite place! One of my favorite aspects of camp is being able to watch our pup online while he plays! Camp staff is never to far away and there are always plenty of other pups for Beau to interact with. And if there is alittle aggression between dogs or play that gets alittle too rough, then the staff step in to separate the pups into other play groups. Beau knows where he is when we pull into the parking lot! He absolutely loves a day at camp! And when we pick him up to come home, he's exhausted for the rest of the day. He plays his heart out! Bottom line is it's a wonderful feeling to know we have a safe, trustworthy place to leave Beau for just a day or even a week if we're out of town. Beau recently spent a week at camp while my husband and I were out of town for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. Camp also offers services such as a bath before coming home, and when I hadn't realized Beau's bordatella vaccination had expired, they did it right there on the spot for a reasonable fee. read more

This place has transformed our dog! We rescued a dog that had been caged 24/7 and was totally lacking social skills and had severe separation anxiety. Needless to say we really never went anywhere because our poor dog didn't interact well with other dogs ( he was afraid of them) and screamed when he was put in a cage. He was so sweet though we didn't want to give him up. Thank God we found Camp Bow Wow. After a few months of taking him to Camp Bow Wow with their knowledge of dog behavior, TLC and interaction with other dogs we can now take him for a walk in the neighborhood without fearing a major breakdown. He now plays wonderfully with other dogs. We are also taking time for ourselves for "dates" where we are getting out and actually enjoying beautiful Naples. We can't say enough about Camp Bow Wow and their owners and staff. They are all caring "dog" people who do their very best to make your dog comfortable and happy when you need to use day care or boarding. It is a 30 minute drive for us but it is worth it. Lenny now knows the way and begins whining as soon as we get off the interstate. There is not enough space to write how much I LOVE and TRUST EVERYONE at Camp Bow Wow. Both my dogs trust everyone so much which leaves my family and I able to relax no matter where we go and for how long we leave the dogs there. It could be overnight boarding (which we NEVER did till we met Camp Bow Wow) or for the day, we know everyone there is so trusting, so honest and so amazing with our dogs. They treat not only the dogs like family but my family like family. Each staff member is incredible. Literally, every single one of them however the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, the owners are a DREAM. Professionally, Spiritually.. .they are just the nicest people. Have helped us with referrals, helped us with our dogs, our questions, guiding us every step as pet owners. Camp Bow Wow Naples & Home Buddies (CBW) has been our puppies' home away from home. I know whenever we need to go out of town for work, vacation, or etc. they are there to help with our incredibly active pups. Isel, Dominic and the whole staff treat C & Z as part of the family. They know the owners and the dogs' personalities which add to their catering Customer Service. Each staff member is trained to exemplify the service they provide. Each staff member knows my dogs, our family and our concerns. Whatever you need they will come to understand your needs for your dogs with how you are training them to their eating habits. One of my favorite features is the video camera. While we are out of town we can take a glimpse at our dogs at any time. Each time I look there are counselors taking care of all the dogs encouraging play, water and nap time. Also I love when businesses in the area give back; CBW gives back to many charities in the area and participates in the community. We view Camp Bow Wow Naples & Home Buddies as part of our family. Our dogs participate in Camp Bow Wow Day Camp, Behavior Buddies, and Home Buddies. They spend several days at Day Camp and the rest of the week at home with Home Buddies. Camp Bow Wow's services enable us to focus on our work during the week, knowing that both dogs are incredibly well cared for! We enjoy watching them on the Camper Cams when they are at camp, where they are cared for by a really fun and loving staff, each of whom knows them by name and gives them hugs and pets while making the rounds. We also always look forward to the notes that are left by their amazing home buddy when we return home from a long day of work, knowing that they went outside and had fun with her for a few minutes and had plenty of time to stretch and relieve themselves. We have also enjoyed trying the various training programs with them over the past few years. Each training program has been so much fun and has challenged our dogs in a variety of ways. Moving here from Fort Lauderdale in 2009 it was hard for us to leave our four legged family members with just anyone. We hired a house sitter that did not work out, so our Vet recommended Camp Bow Bow. We (rather our four legged family members) are very happy. I do not think there is one negative thing I could say. We travel frequently and sometimes we do not have communication with the States. There is a comfort in knowing Isel, Dominic and their staff treats Rocky, Daisy, Tequila and Chazier like their own. When we moved to Naples from PA, we were concerned about day care/boarding facilities for our dog Wellington. In PA he loved the facility that we used there and we didn't think we would find something comparable. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Camp Bow Wow has a bit more industrial look to it compared to the plush setting he was used to, but it certainly ticks off all of his and our needs. Welli gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot at Camp Bow Wow and he realizes where he is. When one of the pet caretakers comes out to take him back into one of the play areas, he goes right along without a look back at us! Of course, when we return to take him home, he is overjoyed to see us, but he is always in good spirits and good health. I have entrusted Camp Bow Wow in Naples, FL to care for my dog Meadow since their opening. We only board with Camp Bow Wow and my dog is there for day care several times per week. Owners Dominic and Isel have a passion for their business, their customers and the pets they care for that is unmatched. Camp Bow Wow cared for my two greyhounds during my husband's illness and subsequent death, the most difficult time of my life. He was hospitalized four times in three different cities over a period of five months. Our dogs had to be in and out of boarding, at Camp Bow Wow and at our vet's facility. Both lost their appetite at different times but their food intake was monitored and, by means of various ways to encourage eating, the situation improved. I was kept informed. While at Camp Bow Wow, my older greyhound developed a medical condition that demanded instant response and life-saving surgery by our wonderfully-gifted vet. My husband and I went out of the country for about a week. We had always used the same kennel for our two dogs for trips but it had recently moved so we needed something closer. I looked into camp bow wow in Naples Florida and had a home visit with the owner Isel and her employee Chrstina. Isel was so sweet and reassured me everything would be fine! I used the home buddy system and Christina came to my home three times a day and she even emailed me pictures of my babies!! I hadn't even asked her to do so!!!! That was so thoughtful! When I returned home I went to the kennel location to pay my bill and Isel gave me a full tour and I could tell she was so passionate and caring for all animals! And her kennel was EXTREMELY clean! After struggling to find a good place to board my dogs for an upcoming 4 day (holiday) weekend, I called Camp Bow Wow and was so delighted when I spoke to the owner and she was willing to help me out on such short notice with making a reservation and getting the doggy assessment out of the way. The staff was great- professional and made my boys feel comfortable. The building is very clean and organized. We love how the kennel system and play times are set up. I've been taking my dog to Camp BowWow for years--I feel that she's perfectly safe, and more important, happy when she's there. They let me see the facility before I chose it (some places don't) and then I was pleased to find they segregate the dog play areas by size so Emily isn't intimidated (or intimidating). The facility is always clean and well stffed. I watch her on the Camper Cam (a great feature!) and always see her romping around. Friendly and informative staff. The staff and owners have made me and my fur babies feel very welcomed and cared about. They take the time to get to know each of the dogs and provide great feedback at pick up. My dogs are tuckered out through the next day after a day of playing at Camp Bow Wow! VERY friendly staff and they clearly love their jobs! Just moved here from Boston and it's been a big adjustment for my dog Jax.
