Tootsies opened up a short time ago and we spotted it on our way home. I had used another place like this in the DFW area. I was very impressed with everything here. A welcome to both of us as soon as we entered and I immediately was impressed with the layout. They have a grassy area to relieve your pet prior to entering and then they kept the bar from the previous business at this location. They have a gated off area where they have doggy daycare and I was impressed that it will be physically staffed the entire day if you drop your pet off. They carry many accessories and foods and treats. The bathing area is equipped with four tubs, aprons, dryers, soaps, towels and everything you need to give your dog a bath. One employee even helped out with mine. Now, you wonder about pricing? They are right in line with other places like this. It is nice to see a new business starting off on the right foot! Great job and we will be regular customers.

There were several pictures attached and it absolutely made our night. We were able to share with our son who is away at college. In addition to…read moreall my other complaints about my dogs annual visit yesterday, the kicker was that they charged me $82.30 for 30 25mg Carprofen tablets which, when offered individually at Chewy, are no more $.34 each. When I called, they put onus for everything on me. For instance, they said I should have asked the cost before it was filled despite them telling me on more than one occasion that their pricing was competitive to Chewy. I will NEVER take my dog there again!

He was so thorough in making sure he knew exactly what was going on with our sweet pup and went the extra mile to take excellent care of him. He has way more knowledge than most vets I know, and took his time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bob if you live in the area or are on vacation and need an emergency vet!
