The prices are very reasonable and a lot of the items were on sale when I was there. Really, the perfect little store to pick up some unique fashion in DF. The staff are super friendly, too!

I returned on Monday to exchange/return the bow tie as it was tight and they refused to do so. They did not mention on Saturday that they will not be accepting any returns despite my telling them that my husband will need to try it out. Items are quite expensive as I paid 2,600 Mexican pesos for a bow tie

The shoes here are obviously the big draw, but they also have amazing leather jackets and bags. Even D who breaks out into a cold sweat when buying sneakers is obsessed with their shoes and now owns three pairs. All are super stylish and incredibly well made. Both times we shopped here we were helped by Manuel. He was incredibly helpful and VERY patient with my anxious husband. For those of you visiting the DF with limited Spanish, Manuel and most that work here are fluent in English as well. Though Manuel was very sweet and suffered through my terrible attempts at only speaking in Spanish to practice. We love this store and plan to come back or shop online for any of our shoe needs!

Well, if you do not know then just visit Silver Deer in Polanco…read more While I adored the store itself, the beautiful interior and exterior, the well-curated selection - I absolutely disgraced the service. I did not feel welcome at all. Maybe I look like someone who steels? Or maybe they aren't used to 20 year olds coming into stores with such expensive brands? I just hate when the workers are chasing one like hell, so that you can not go around yourself looking for something unique. I could easily have bought something in there, yet I did not feel welcome and was out again quickly. Silver Deer, being exclusive isn't about excluding people. It is about treating every single customer identical. I will promise you a higher profit if you change your concept about service.
