After a day of visiting with manatees and thrifting, we needed lunch. To the trusty Yelp app I go! We found this place a few miles from our last stop. They didn't have any pizza out, as it was later in the day, so we got our slices from a fresh pie. That was after we devoured the cheesy garlic bread. The service was also stellar! Mom and pop pizza shop - I thought the staff was friendly and quick as well. Took our pizza to go. I would take this review with a grain of salt, we did order a white pizza which was our fault and the wrong move. The pizza was overall lacking in flavor - the red sauce pizza may have been much better. I'm hopeful and would come back to try some other options! read more

Camilli's has been a staple of Lake Park since I was in elementary school. The Chicago style pizza is superb and it literally is exactly what one would anticipate form a hole in the wall spot. There is no glitz nor glamour, but the food is consistent and the service has been great the last few times I visited. It is a small establishment and it is kid friendly with a few arcade games and gumball machines. The menus are paper and most of the tableware is disposable. You'll want to ask for the house dressing and dip your crust in it. Sounds crazy, but I highly recommend. I have only ordered pizza and bread here so I can't attest to the quality of the entrées. Although, we did order some meatballs and I rate these average. The pizza is DELISH! Check this place out next time you desire Chicago style pizza or want to support small business and aren't looking for anything fancy. My prayer is all the new and upcoming construction doesn't drive this 50+ year old family business out. read more

I've been a regular customer of Camilli's since 1971. Nothing fancy. Just straight up pizza that is perfect every time. No trip to Lake Park is ever complete without a pizza from Camilli's. After 54 years of eating there I hope it always continues. read more

I've been going here since tee-ball, and I am now old. lol. This is a family buy and a tradition for Lake Park. This place is a hole in the wall and it is wonderful. We usually get some pizzas with pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms. It's always good. The sausage is even better, try it some time. They have a salad dressing which if you've never tried it, you are missing out. The real insider move here is to put some on the pizza! You'll thank me later. The other dishes are really nice too. My wife enjoys the chicken Parmesan. I e tried it and liked it but I always stick with pizza. I love that thin crust and the small squares. this is not a fancy place. You are here for pizza and beer and a neighborhood feel. Enjoy that. Service is good as you would expect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd say the prices are good but they have gone up like everything else. But it is NOT expensive. It is worth the trip. At the least get a few pies to go and enjoy. read more

This is Chicago style tavern pizza. It is not NY style pizza. If you want NY style go somewhere else. But try it and you will fall in love with it. Been comming here since they opened 50+ years ago and the family has stayed true to Ken's dream. I no longer live in the area but when I return this is a MUST stop and always bring pies home for the next day. And dont forget to being their salad dressing home as well. Makes a decent pie it's been a community fixture for years, nothing fancy always get the sausage, peppers and onion pie add good flavor and texture. In all the years Camilli's only disappointed me once a severely undercooked Stromboli but otherwise spot on. The ham Calzone is also quite good usually share it with my wife. You won't find ambiance it's a legit neighborhood pizza joint, the soups are homemade and the Cannoli while not remarkable are still pretty good. read more

Don't do it. Pass by this place immediately. Stopped in for a few slices for lunch and never in my life have I had worse pizza. First, the place is really run down. Now that normally doesn't bother me cause little hole in the walls usually have the best food, however this place manages to veer from that standard. The pizza and I hesitate to even call it that, was tasteless, flavorless, red liquid and cheese served on top of a pizza crust that was reminiscent of thin cardboard. Two bites and no taste. Even the extra Parmesan cheese and red pepper I added could do nothing to improve this disgusting thing in front of me. I literally just left it on the table and walked out. I wanted to love this pizza but didn't. However I do like the laid back atmosphere. It feels like a hole in the wall place, with friendly service. They have an arcade area for kids but a lot of the games ate their coins. The pizza crust was overcooked and crunchy. The crust is so thin that it's easy to overcook and unfortunately that happened to my pizza. The flavors of the bbq pizza and pepperoni were good though. read more

Tried their food for the first time and wasn't impressed. Ordered a cheese pizza and a cannoli. Cannoli was good but the pizza was very bland, I ended up being very heavy handed with the red pepper, oregano and garlic to give it any flavor. I wished I had looked at previous reviews because I wasn't expecting it to be cut into tiny squares either. Not the worst pizza I have eaten but definitely needs improvement. read more

Tried 2 times first time we ordered pizza it was cut into small squares very thin unflavored crust and sauce and mushy crust. Second time we ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and a side order of meat sauce but it was only tomato sauce not flavorful. Ordered eggplant parm dinner but out of eggplant so ordered chicken parm dinner not sure what the strips were on top of the spaghetti but it was so hard I couldn't chew it not sure what kind of meat it was but not chicken . The service at Camilli has gotten just disgusting. It's unbelievable. They stay in business and be this rude to customers. The only reason I go is for the pizza. And it's just not worth it anymore. I had a half a pizza left, which I plan to take home. I went up to use the restroom and when I came back, she had thrown my pizza out. I paid for a whole pizza. I asked her what happened to the other half of my pizza she just said oh sorry I threw that out. Why would I ask for her to go box if I'm gonna throw it out? She just completely dismissed it. Oh sorry oh well. Unbelievable! Who treats customers like this. This is a hard economy going out to eat is now a luxury for a lot of people. Including myself. We almost didn't order based on the mixed reviews but it was the closest pizza place to where we were. We ended up ordering a large cheese with mushrooms. It was delicious with a nice thin crust. The only negative is there were no leftovers as we devoured it immediately, it was that good. We ordered for takeout and it was ready when they said it would be. Tucked into a random strip of shops on Park Avenue (Lake Park) is Camilli's, a delightfully delicious hole in the wall that serves pizza cut into distinctive little squares. This restaurant has been around for decades and the decor reflects this (which makes it so awesome). The pizza is delicious; somehow eating it in tiny squares makes one savor it even more. I ordered 2 slices of meat's lovers , 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of pepperoni. My two boys (8 and 10) devoured the slices in 3 minutes. The older boy asked for seconds and that is not his usual behavior for pizza! Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. I have eaten pizza here since I was in High School, I am 64 now. Always loved their pizza. Recently we had delivery pizza was great but I don't know why they put the crisp cool salad in with the hot pizza box. The salad was warm by the time it got to us. A piece of cardboard might insulate the salad from the heat of the pizza. read more

I appreciate a good menu with photos! They have a very nice coffee bar and feature different specials. I gave the iced latte with strawberry cold foam a try. It was topped with adorable heart shaped marshmallows. I don't eat them but I very much appreciated the presentation. My brother isn't a huge coffee buff so he ordered a Diet Coke. They have a self-service water station with cups as well as to-go containers available for grab and go. Menus are available either hard copy or via QR code. They offer table service but one must go to the counter to place their order. They also have a rewards program but one needs to download the app to utilize. The dining room is very large and well structured. They appear to use environmentally friendly products. The women's restroom was clean and the venue is kid friendly. One clever aesthetic I noticed was the border of the archway on the way to the restrooms. It's a bookcase with various cubbies filled with books. The dining room is large and open with booths, a counter top, and tables. The booths are very spacious. A view of the kitchen and front counter is available. Their logo is an avocado and a coffee bean just in case you're wondering. I couldn't figure out the bean. Lol The menu is vast with a lot of great options but in the end I selected the Soul Good breakfast which consists of sourdough toast, avocado, smoked salmon, roasted tomato, homemade baked beans, grilled mushrooms, and two eggs of your choice. I opted for scrambled well done. This breakfast is more costly than the others but also is enough for 2-3 meals depending on your appetite. I loved the variety this meal offered. My brother enjoyed a breakfast sandwich. In the end, it was a great choice! The menu is vast, the coffee and meals were good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly. I look forward to visiting again soon and trying something else... possibly the poke. If you're a matcha lover, their creations looked good.

To me, theirs is the best. The chopped liver is surprising - rich but never grainy. My guilty pleasures include their curry chicken salad and macaroni salad. The butcher shop is great - although there are times when only one butcher is on duty and the wait is too long. The bakery has "everything" and their pizza shop outstanding. Their New York style pizza is one of the best anywhere in South Florida. Although I don't buy my wines there, their offerings are impressive - a broad and deep shop. Finally, their people are almost always friendly and helpful. Overall, I always have a comfortable shopping experience.

It was delicious & some of the best I have had. I saw seared ahi tuna in the entree case. I got two pieces for the hubs. He said while the tuna was good, it was not cut the right way which highlighted the sinew. The almond horns were excellent. Overall it was a good experience. But I will continue to frequent Joseph's Italian Market. Better food & less pricey.

I will say that the Original Italian at Jersey Mike's is pretty close. The meats are good and they put the right dressing on it. As long as you stay away from mayo, it tastes like what I grew up with. They have fast service and it's a nice sandwich shop atmosphere.
