We were given three names of attorneys by a friend of ours and thank goodness that Anne E. Moore was among the three. We had a free consultation with Anne and we love the time and care she took in asking us important questions, things that we didn't even think of. We decided that this is the kind of person that we want handling our important affairs and we were not disappointed. Anne prepared the documents that we needed, she and her incredible caring staff answered all the questions that we had, and there were many, with patience and knowledge about our files. On the final day of the signing everything was so organized. Even making changes on that final day was no problem for Anne. To sum everything up in one sentence. Leave your future in the hands of someone that you can trust, Anne E Moore.

We went in for our consultation and did not realize how many documents there were and how complicated dying could be. Steve really took his time and explained everything beautifully. After putting our minds at ease, we decided to use Steve and his team to put together our wills and health care documents. My experience with this law office was very disappointing. The front office staff came across as…read morearrogant and dismissive, and the attorney seemed more focused on speaking in overly complicated legal terminology than communicating clearly and professionally with clients. Unfortunately, it felt more like an attempt to talk above clients rather than provide helpful guidance. I also felt that important information was not fully explained, which raised concerns about their communication and overall transparency. In several instances, I was repeatedly told that the attorney was "in a meeting," while staff members appeared to be casually socializing throughout the office. The environment did not reflect the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a law firm. Overall, I found the office to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacking genuine concern for clients.
