We never made it to our original target restuarant - we ran across Doppio Zero, and decided give it a try instead. Visiting this restaurant turned out to be a stroke of good fortune! Doppio Zero's pizzas are among the best in Argentina! Their "special pizza" from the resident Italian chef was exceptional :-) The drinks were great too, as was the service. Our non-pizza Italian entrée was also excellent, as were their wonderful Italian desserts! Doppio Zero is hereby highly recommended!. Visiting this restaurant for a relaxed meal is almost like taking a two hour vacation to Italy :-)

There was a surprisingly reasonably priced (and very nice) wine list; we shared a bottle and relaxed into the late evening :-) As for the pizza, it was tasty - the toppings were premium and plentiful, the sauce was zesty, and the crust had just the right about of crunch to it. My first slice tasted as good as the last :-) We enjoyed our meal and will return; highly recommended!
