Rent went up 25% on first renewal and when I mentioned that they said it did not ... sorry I have a Bachelors degree in statistics I can do simple math LOL. "No parking" areas are not enforced causing significant continuing inconvenience. Seems like inadequate parking space is causing this issue. I was threatened by a resident after he almost ran me over but that is not the fault of the apartment, just some garbage people as residents which can happen anywhere and can change in a positive or negative way over time. Have a problem with the water bill rising as the apartment complex filled with new residents which made no sense for me to pay more for other apartments' use of water when we certainly did not use any more water than we had previously for months. Informed office of this and there was zero resolution. Walls and floors so thin you can hear conversations in any room of the apartment as if next to you even with doors closed and can hear muted conversations of upstairs neighbor but I guess that is to be expected in some apartments but not my experience elsewhere. To be fair here are the positives I have found so far: Positives: The manager is nice, the maintenance staff is responsive though every time they want in my apartment I have to tell them to wear a mask in a pandemic. Grounds are kept clean and when not they are quick to respond and clean up when the office is told about it. Have not had any package deliveries stolen yet. Complex seems relatively safe and is very well lit at night. They have a small gym, a pool, area with grills, and a trail which are nice amenities if you use them. Multiple law enforcement people currently live in complex which may reduce possible crime yet they also have parked in "no parking" area multiple times from what I have experienced. Maybe that is one reason "no parking areas" are not enforced. LOL.

She made me feel like she couldn't help me due to color of my skin. I have never so far been made to feel embarrassed or bad about myself. I filed complaint w/ company and next will be better business bureau. I was actually excited about seeing property and had my mind set I was going to like the property & sign a lease. The customer service from this rental agent was awful, terrible, and appalling. I demand this company does better & it's 2018 please stop w/ your racism!
