It's impossible to actually find an issue and scrub through and find the issue. We had a crane collapse and need to download, hunt through poor resolution footage, no way to select, filter, download all. It's a joke. My boss says the video shows a whole different thing, so I had to show him just how limited the security feature is. We had a call with Truelook and they clearly had no experience with this. Surprising given we spent $20k on 2 cameras. What a waste.

White male, brown hair on 1-19-20 at 11 am. The only reason I opened my window to him was because I felt he could have been scoping to break into homes given that he would ring the bell and then turn his back to the house, so I could never see his face from my window. It all seemed suspicious. Anyone can walk around with an iPad and a lanyard, so I am not very trusting, especially when the person can follow the posted no solicitation sign at the front of our community.
