Have been here only a couple of times when they were busy and things appeared ok. Food was always good - no question about the quality. However, the service has fallen terribly - the waitresses barely speak English, cannot get the orders correct and forgot several dishes. We waited almost 20min before wait staff approached our table - then we waited another 20min until we could order an entree. The mains came out missing the panang chicken curry - we waited longer, thinking it was being cooked, but alas, they had forgotten to cook the dish. It was rushed out to us however the chicken was almost non existent in the dish. Especially for a chicken panang curry. Should be loaded with sliced chicken.. NOT. This is unacceptable for customer service, but there was also NO incentive from the wait staff. They didn't think if the customer wanted anything else or offered more rice (etc).. This is a great restaurant - normally - but the wait staff (who I suspect are family members) let the business down. The meat in the dishes (we had massaman beef and a panang chicken) and it was either almost all vegetable or all potato (massaman). Slack in the kitchen really.. I'll leave this review now as it is, but I would question a return here unfortunately - especially that it was our favourite place for many years..
