I had my roof replaced in 2001. In 2014 I had 60k of inside damage due to ice water dam. After fighting with my insurance for over 3 years, finally, this year my insurance paid for the roof. Because my insurance did not want to replace the roof, at the end the cost was 100k. Over two years ago, I notified the company, when find out that this company did not installed the roof per code. Installed one row of ice water shield, where the code requires 2/3 rows. The company has retained an attorney, after I told I was going to take legal action. In one of the early letter his attorney alleged that the statute of limitation is 3 years, the facts are that it start from the day of discovery, in this case as of July 2017. This July, I replaced the roof and found to be corrected. I sent the photos to the attorney with a letter, he did give f%&%% =, did not respond. Be very careful before you have this company do any work. It's a company that you can not trust. Subs the work to none qualify contractors. Be very, very careful before you hire this company to any work. Hire Cambridge, if you are looking for troubles and problems. I contacted Cambridge to request an estimate to locate the source where rain water was coming into my company's building from our flat roof or drain pipe, and make repairs. Brad, one of the owners came, and within 10 minutes not only found the source of the leak, but also patched it with supplies he had in his van, and showed me photos he had taken with a detailed explanation.
