From the initial phases of working with Vlad, to the final installation with Oleg and his crew, they have been the easiest and most responsive company to work with.  Vlad, our sales rep, spent a lot of time working with us to make sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted and did a great job of quickly following up with us for all of our questions and keeping us informed once windows were ordered.  He was detail oriented and kept great notes, making sure nothing got missed in the process.  Oleg is the lead installer and is a genuine craftsman. His attention to detail is unparalleled and he got every tiny detail correct for each window, which is incredible when you consider how difficult it is working on anything in a 100 year old house where nothing is level. Oleg and his crew were quick, efficient, and all around incredibly nice people. I met with quite a few different window contractors prior to making the decision to go with Goverla and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made . I pretty rarely leave reviews but I felt like I had to with them. It's hard enough picking contractors when you haven't worked with them before, but after having worked with Goverla, I would pick them again every time.

We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.
