Don't use this Company-avoid at all costs. They talk the talk, even rubbish their competitors. They do plans for your kitchen, then come and measure the space and at the last minute the plans change as the measurements are wrong, even though they have been checked by them. My utility has the washing machine against the wall and the only way I can get it out is by removing the skirting board, the support for the double oven was fitted upside down, so one day I found my 75 year old mother holding up the oven. Some of the cupboards were the wrong colour and how dare I suggest they were. The fitters are helpful but don't seem to have a clue. These were just a couple of the major problems I had with them and if you dare to complain, you receive a very rude, unhelpful letter from the owner, who basically doesn't want to know and blames you. No customer service, there are much better companies out there. If I can save someone else the hassle and experience of this company, then my job is done. read more

I would not recommend Cambabest at all. I was swindled out of money for flimsy plans, the advisor was not very helpful when designing my kitchen and most of all they are expensive. The advisor will tell you the "quality" of their kitchens is unrivalled. It that is nonsense. The basic range omega kitchens (flat pack) is the same as any other flat pack kitchen. I found the worktop cheaper online approximately £150+ cheaper. I got so much more from another supplier. Cambabest should be called cambarest.. As the best is undoubtedly elsewhere. read more

Cambaworst not best. By far the worst customer experience I have had and at 48 years old and from a customer service background myself I can safely say these guys dont have a clue how to handle pressure in a busy environment and still keep their customers happy. Trade counter guys who look like brothers, one in particular is really rude. He shouted at his 18 year old yard worker who was just interrupting him on my behalf and proceeded to slam the counter with his fist shouting 'I'M TALKING'. He had an argument with me also few days before and assaulted me when I refused to leave his yard at closing time. Hes lucky I never retaliated or called the police. Something that could have been sorted out in 5 minutes he refused to help me with and it was their lazy yard staff guys fault in the first place. Ended up costing me more money to pay the roofer and scaffolding when he wouldnt open the gate to let me quickly exchange some roof tiles. Will never ever return even if it was the last builders merchant in the world. They might be slightly cheaper than others but the real big merchants give way better service and their places are not death traps with a fatal accident waiting to happen. You got anger management issues then I suggest you dont go in to business. Stay home with your 'family' unless you get angry with them as well. Appauling service. Other reviews say the same so my experience is not unique. Shockingly bad service. Never again will you get any business from me or any of my family and friends. Avoid this place like the plague you will only seriously regret it if you dont. read more

Huge showroom with a fantasic range all at very competitive prices. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. If there something that you want that they dont have they can normally get it for you and beat any price that you have been quoted. I always pay them a visit when I have any major projects to do. We went to Cambabest looking at kitchens, and as a new kitchen is as much about the design as it is the product, we ended up looking at several different places. We were advised of a discount elsewhere and even seen discounts offered on the kitchen we set our hearts on elsewhere on the net. Cambabest advised that these discounts were not true discounts, and that they were often put up in price before disocunt so if we had 2 like for like quotes they would be the same. So this is what we did, and the quotes were similar until the retailer offering the discount then applied the discount which made it a true price and Cambabest lost out. The other issue I found was that although technical knowledge by the advisor was good, some design problems were established that weren't elsewhere. Comparing with the other retailer we found anything that was not known was found out from the manufacturer which ultimately meant that we were reassured what we wanted from our kitchen was possible, things that Cambabest advisor told us were not possible. Simply asking teh manufacturer would have solved this. It is on these 2 points that my decision was made to shop elsewhere. You would have thought with the current climate retailers would be going out of their way for business but on price and information I found Cambabest wasn't for me. I dont know where the good reviews came from ... or who wrote the good reviews. Products may be good ... because they are not produced by cambabest. Staff and service not good at all. Poor service, poor after-sales - some staff dont seem to care at all. I am sure some may be good, but if some of the high level/managerial staff have a bad attitude it filters down. The lack the customer service/customer satisfaction mentality. Be warned - if the products are not satisfactory or the product does not match the customer's request - they tend to become short tempered and verbally offensive. :-( read more
