The jewelers from Ngoc Bich said that it was the best price for what it was but only weighed 27g as opposed to the one here, weighing 30g, and is closer to the actual weight of the bracelet I was eyeing. Ken and Mindy were patient and very knowledgeable. Mindy was able to look at my bracelet and say that it weighed less than hers and even brought out her scale to show us. We had a 6 people buying merch from them, 2 bracelets and 4 rings. It would have been nice if they were able to give everyone a little bit of a discount but they cut the two bracelet buyers some slack. Will be coming back to check out more of their selection They're also able to order items for you in a timely manner and are very accommodating and sincere. Will definitely be coming back for more pieces.

I was very excited to finally find the booth just to be told "we don't sell by weight we sell by piece." contradicting what I read here. I was quoted $450 for a pair of stud earrings. I thought the whole "by piece not by weight" thing was not right. So I kept looking through the other sellers since they carry similar items anyway. And found someone who sold the same exact pair of earrings to me for $260. Please keep your business practices the same for everyone as some of us come looking for you due to the positive reviews here, expecting the same honest service. Edit: The lack of professionalism is clear in the reply. Owner's son reached out to me just to complain about receiving a poor review and sharing my experience via yelp. Comparing yourself to rolex is also "crazy" and amusing. "with all due respect" of course.

I came in looking to create a custom pair of east meets west oval diamond earrings and Cô Thủy attended to us quickly and was so so kind and helpful!! The exact style I wanted was actually difficult to find ready made anywhere because I had such specific details in mind like wanting it to be two toned, with a particular hoop size for my ears, and the right proportions overall. After Cô Thủy helps you find your diamonds, she hands you off to a very knowledgeable jewel maker who assessed how big the hoops should be based on my earlobes, how the earrings would sit when worn, how comfortable and easy they would be to take on and off! Even though I knew what I wanted it to look like, they gave advice on details I wouldn't have even thought to consider myself. You also don't need to go with some recommendations and they don't push their own ideas onto you if you want to keep it simple! If you have an inspiration photo or even just an idea in your head then I highly suggest you bring it to Cô Thủy! Her and the jeweler will work with you to make your vision come to life and they're very mindful of your budget throughout the process. So happy I came here instead of settling for a ready made pair that wasn't exactly what I wanted. The entire experience felt personalized. Also, they custom make your pieces FAST. They said it would take a week to make but they finished in 2 days and called immediately because they know how nowadays people don't want to wait long. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to create a custom piece!

The owner Tim is greedy and dishonest. A nice guy, but establishing a loyal customer is not his priority as a business owner, unfortunately. I finally found the exact 18K white gold ring that I have been in search of for years to replace the one I have loss. This ring was very special to me because my mom gifted to me 20 yrs ago. My first stop into Phuoc Loc Tho was Tim's shop (it sits in the back of the mall as you enter and it is on the right side). When I saw the ring, I was so thrilled and excited about finally coming across the exact same piece to replace. So thrilled that I made an impulse purchase and failed to verify the price of the gold before I bought it. After I have left his shop, I was still questioning if the price seemed quite high for an 18K gold jewelry. So I then verified the price of the gold and realized that he had charged me for the price of a 24K gold vs what he should have quoted me for the price of the 18K gold on the 18K gold ring. In essence, he has profited at least $100 from me that day!! His greediness and dishonesty aiming for a quick sales is far more important than establishing a loyal customer. I do NOT recommend coming here.
