And in the menu - burgers and salads have names: "Dizzy Gilespie ceazar salad", "Be bop burger" etc.
I was attracted by truffel-mayonnese in Be Bop burgers, and by the ingredients in Gillespie ceazar salad, so I ordered both.
"I am very hungry" I said to a cool and friendly waiter when I sat down at the table by the window with a view to a little side street, coblestoned as all streets in Utrecht, with bicycles leaned to the colourful walls..

I ordered also a La Choufe, and then waiter called me to the counter.
"It's to big!", said he, and the the chef came out from the kitchen and explained to me, that he thinks I could not eat all that.
"The salad is as big as the burger. Why don't I make you a smaller version of a salad beside the burger?"
I agreed.
And it was good idea from a considerate chef.
Delicious burger, with cute mushrooms, crispy bacon, with the pickles.... And the salad was rich, meat was seasoned and perfectly roasted. The fires was orang-yellow, as if potatoes was breaded with polenta, but it was the way man should make fries - double fried, I think.
One of the best burgers ever.
And the bill was more than fair - they charged only few euros for small version of salad, so burger with ceazar salad plus beer costed only 17 eur.
This is a cozy meeting place as well, and the food is great, not a tasteless "fusion" cuisine with empty plates. Really delicious classics.
