Much better than the older Caucasian lady at the USPS location on 3rd Street in Leesville. This rating of mine could change with future visits, but so far, much better than 3rd Street!

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a post office. I'm used to the long lines…read moreand understaffed. But on 19 Feb 20 the lady working the counter at noon made it clear that she did not like the working conditions or that she respected her managers. She also began to be very rude and upset when I would not buy the flat rate boxes but instead wanted to mail in a regular envelope. I had to listen to a lecture about how the post office workers run it through machines and sometimes that causes items to be lost. The complaining about your job in from of the consumer is unprofessional and not needed. Finally I understand the up-sale but I don't need to hear about mistreatment of packaging. This was the first time I have had such a bad experience. It made me miss the professional staff at the Universal City TX post office.

There's a younger Caucasian female staff member that is friendlier, which I can see by how she treats her customers. Too bad I always get the other lady. I've visited this location enough times to know that the older Caucasian female staff member is habitually grumpy or always having a bad day.

I've had a package that was delivered by the post office in my mailbox attempting to return it for…read moreover a week. I wrote in bright large letters return to sender, i put the little red flag thingy on my mailbox up and yet the mail lady refuses to pick it up for me. I tried calling the post office this afternoon at 4:04 pm and waited on hold for 30 minutes and no pne answered my call. So needless to say I would be more than thrilled to never need to depend on this place for anything ever again. Very disappointing
