It was not and when I called he kept interupting and saying "it will take six months to get the permanent (corrected) certificate. I finally got through to him that I HAD it and it was still wrong. He said he'd look into it, get back to me.... this was almost a month ago... I'll call later today and if it's resolved i'll increase the stars. I made numerous attempts by phone and email to obtain follow-up information and was not properly notified of the cremation of my family member. I made additional attempts to to speak with any staff member that could advise me on what the status of my mother's cremation was without success. Our daughter's University had sent us flags to place on her grave and Sadler's even set the flagpole for us, again, at no extra charge. There is no way to make losing a loved one a happy experience but I am so pleased with how they made it as good as they possibly could. We are already planning to pre-purchace our own stone from them. We truly felt like they cared about our loss and wanted us to be proud of the way we chose to honor our precious daughter.
