Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! These are the people you want for your contracting needs!

Since the home is only two years old, I didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with the repairs. After looking into several options, we contacted a company called 1800 Water Damage. We wanted the work done quickly before any mold could develop. Even though it was a Sunday, which I thought might make things difficult, the owner, Eddie, came out right away. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with something like this again, but if I ever do, I will definitely reach out to 1800 Water Damage and ask for Eddie owner. Highly recommended.

The large ones consisted of wool and cotton and were very expensive so we wanted to make sure they were in good hands. (Total: ~$4,200) The smaller ones consisted of wool and jute and were equally expensive and we know that jute is a tricky material to work with. (Total: ~$800) We were also able to get our queen sized bed frame cleaned when they arrived and just had to pay the additional charge. Some places would charge you extra to get last minute additions when they arrive but NY Steamers did not! Meyer was quick to respond to all my questions and so flexible with arranging a time. He was so accommodating and all of his team members were so respectful, informative and friendly! The prices are super reasonable and so I decided to book him again to clean our couch. Second Service: I contacted Meyer to get a quote for our 2 seater and chaise and he responded right away with the price. It was a reasonable deep cleaning price and because I was so in love with the service the first time, we went ahead and scheduled a time for the cleaning. We had scheduled a late afternoon cleaning however the day of Meyer contacted and asked if we can have it earlier. It ended up working better in terms of my schedule! The guy quickly came and settled everything and less than 30 minutes later our couch had 99% of the stains removed! I couldn't be any happier. Next time I need anything cleaned, NY Steamers is going to be my go to company!

After dealing with kitchen damage, I realized the actual repair part was only half the battle. The…read moreinsurance side of everything was honestly more overwhelming than the damage itself. Every phone call felt like I was speaking a different language and I had no idea what was actually covered versus what I was being told. Finding NYTDR completely changed that experience for me. What I appreciated most was that they approached the situation like people who actually understand how stressful it is to have your home disrupted, not just like another construction job. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. The kitchen now looks better than it did before the damage happened, but honestly the biggest value was having people who knew how to navigate both the restoration side and the insurance side at the same time. That combination is rare. Most companies either know construction or know claims. NYTDR seemed to understand both equally well, which made the entire process way smoother than I expected.
