As shown in the pictures they clearly took advantage of us and did not deliver anything resembling what we ordered. The arrangement was tiny any nothing like the premium order we had placed and paid for. When we called them they only made excuses and would not make it right. They said the best they could do was take half off which really didn't fix the problem. We do not recommend trusting them with your important flower orders. UPDATE: We spoke to a Central Market supervisor who was very understanding and refunded the cost of the arrangement.
