We needed to rent a cello for my son's lessons. His instructor recommended a place in Madrid, but I searched online and found Call & Play. Their Yelp reviews were positive (so were the other place's), but they were located in Alcobendas and much closer to our home. Amanda was so great to work with--especially since I speak Spanish, but I'm not fluent enough to manage an instrument rental contract without some help. Their facility was absolutely jaw-dropping. The stock of instruments and equipment, their clear professionalism and evidence of the volume of business they do, and the ease with which they do business were all impressive. I would strongly recommend anyone needing to rent an instrument long- or short-term go here first. read more
