Built in 2009 it has 51,900 sf of rentable retail and office space over 6.05 acres. There are 243 parking spots. As a resident of the city I have been to this plaza extensively through the years. I have eaten at Santo Buffet Modern American & Sushi many times, picked up fast food at Chicken Fil-A, and had an unpleasant experience at Wayback Burgers. Most recently I was here to visit a brand new Korean market, KOA Mart. Other businesses in the plaza include Pasquale's Pizza Company, Belfort Fitness Lifestyle, C.Colella Dentistry, Miracle Leaf, Passport Preschool, Aero Juice, and Calvary Chapel. In the outparcel there is a Regions Bank. What really sets this plaza apart is the lush landscaping and decorative plants. There are a lot of flowering trees which add beauty to the property. The plaza is well maintained and very clean. They did a great job integrating into Coconut Creeks theme of Butterfly Capital with lots of butterfly friendly greenery.

Promenade at Coconut Creek is an open shopping and dining center featuring a mix of retail stores, boutiques, specialty stores, beauty stores, restaurants, gastrobars, gourmet dessert shops, ice cream parlor, entertainment, and various events. There is ample parking available as well as two 3-level parking garages on the north and south sides of the center. Although a few businesses have closed, new ones will be opening soon.

There was a gal vacuuming at the time we came by. The vacuum was heating up and smoking a bit, so she was concerned. There were also some students or volunteers or young new employees -- I couldn't tell which -- being given a tour of the store as we were there. Both were a bit distracting. They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.

The Walk is a Coral Springs landmark. Completed in 2001, it is a 240,000 square foot mixed use…read moreretail center. It runs two city blocks and serves as a sort of the main street of Coral Springs. The Walk contains offices, shops, and popular restaurants. I visit The Walk at least once a week. Some of the restaurants I enjoy are Chicken Salad Chick, Burger Fi, Too Jay's, and don't forget the ice cream, chocolates, and caramel apples at Kilwins. The walk also has my favorite Trader Joe's, a Barnes and Noble, and Wild Fork Foods. Other businesses in The Walk include a dentist, banking, nail salon, insurance, waxing, and eye care. During the year The Walk holds events and concerts. Every March is the two-day Coral Springs Festival of the Arts. When something is going on parking can be a bit of a pain but normally it is ok. As far as strip malls go, this is my favorite one in Broward County.

My first visit tonight at this plaza and we met friends at the 4 Rivers Smokehouse and Kilwins Chocolates. Noticed the round water fountain near the entrance as the centerpiece of the plaza. Plenty of parking with only a few handicap spaces. The Phat Boy Sushi was at the corner and slammed with customers and one of my favorite sushi places. The Crocante Bakery and the Burger Fi are on my radar but sadly the Incontro Italian Steakhouse has gone out of business. Will have to check out the weekly and monthly music and art festivals.

It is a long indoor strip that is fairly easy to walk from end to end. We stopped in for a few quick retail visits and arrived right when the mall opened, which was ideal since it was not crowded and stores were just opening. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. At the entrance, there was security present in a vehicle that patrols the area, which adds a sense of safety. The mall is clean and conveniently has the shops we wanted to visit all in one place. There are multiple directories available at the entrances and in several other areas throughout the mall. While we do not shop at the mall often, when we do, this is our most visited mall location.

I do like shopping there whenever I need something quick and for last minute before a trip. Easy access to all stores not much walking around or big crowds. Noticed they closed the Starbucks. Louis Vuitton is expanding. There are armed security guards in this section of the town center mall. There is a section of the store with leisure wear Alo, , Lululemon, Skims ...

Clean and well maintained shopping center that has many of the high end and luxury brand stores like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach, Michael Kors and Tiffany & Company. If you prefer the lower tier but high end brand stores, you will find all the department stores like Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue. If you prefer boutiques, Town Center has Aritzia. Edikted and Altar'd State which are my daughter's favorite. Nice clean mall with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
