Best place to get hot sauce in CA! This small location packs a strong punch. You walk in and there's hot sauce everywhere. You can even see the kitchen where they make their own hot sauce! I went with my friends and we brought West Coast Sourdough to sample the sauces with (highly recommend). Max took the time to give us an amazing taste test while explaining the nuances and flavors of each sauce - he made our experience super fun and unforgettable. They rarely use vinegar so you can really taste the differences in each sauce which I appreciate a lot. They also make their own ginger beer (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) both of which are unlike anything I've tasted before. Georgy greeted happily greeted us in and was very informative on the variety of hot sauces being offered. He even offered to make a batch as we drank some of the home-made ginger beer. We tasted a whole bunch of flavors and he shared stories about a few of the brands and their owners. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely excited to talk about the sauces, which made the whole experience even better. They had samples (bless them!), so I got to try a few before committing even washed it down with a beer from their tap. And let me tell you--the flavors were unreal. Well, look no further because they do that too. Oddly enough, I make my own hot sauce and have looked for a bottler who does very small batch and they just don't exist.
