They don't have photos of their unfinished work on their website to give you a true idea. They also refused to come down on the price so that I could pay someone else to finish. And lastly, in the fine print it says they will leave a dozen giant bags of sand and debris which YOU are responsible for somehow transporting to the dump.

I hired him to sandblast stucco from the exterior of my home and he failed to properly seal off the attic vents, so he essentially sand-blasted lead paint into the attic, contaminating my home. This was even after I told him concerns about lead-safety and he assured me the sludge would be contained. What a lie! I had a lead testing company come take dust samples from the attic and they confirmed elevated lead levels. I was completely devastated. I completely and foolishly trusted Frank and am now kicking myself for it. You can imagine this created a great deal of stress, as my family and I had to re-locate while the abatement was performed. This was the most costly mistake and I wholeheartedly regret hiring this company. I have two small children and had to pay a small fortune for a professional lead abatement company to clean out the mess Frank made. We asked Frank for a refund of nearly $3k for the work he did, and he refused, despite costing us nearly 40k in lead abatement because of his shoddy work. As another reviewer mentioned, he completely ghosted us after we asked him for his insurance information. Frank carries no insurance. My next step is a complaint to the California State License Board (CSLB) to report Frank as unlicensed for this work and not following lead-safe protocols. All he had to do was make sure the attic vents were covered, but he was careless, and we paid dearly (financially and emotionally) for his ignorance.
