Jeff saw that I was in a bad spot, and lent me a helping hand on multiple things. Diagnosing the engine problems, letting me crash in his parking lot for a few days while I figured my life out, and even staying after hours to help me put my vehicle on a truck. Fast response times, honest work, and expertise is the name of their game. Definitely check them out for preventative work, or when you're in a bind.

I would not recommend this place if you expect a high level detail…read more We chose the "Showroom Detail interior only" for $200. They told us the showroom detail takes 8 hours. I was expecting my vehicle to be pristine (showroom!) and smell nice. The good: It is cleaner than when we brought it in. The bad: There are still dirty, crusty spots on the seats, I can see dust/dirty spots in the cracks/vents, the carpets are still dirty looking, there's still glitter on the dash and inner door panels, and it smells like dirty mop water.

My wife and I were on a road trip from Alabama to Dallas when we started having car trouble around…read moreTexarkana. Without any real knowledge of the area or where to get the car repaired we ended up at Shelby's Service Center. This is around 3pm and they figured out that the ac compressor was causing the engine to shake uncontrollably till it felt like it was about to stall. They told me they could stop the shaking but we'd be without A/c the rest of the trip. I they gave a quote for the repair and and said they would get us back on the roads. The first 2 compressors they installed didn't work properly so the owner drove and Personally picked up the last compressor for our car they knew of in the city. Long story short we had a rough afternoon but somehow we landed at a place that valued our business and were very friendly. They stayed 2 hours after hours just to get us back on the road and if I had more ways to thank them I would. This was the best experience I've ever had with any auto shop and if you live in Texarkana or are passing through you should 100% make this your trusted service shop. Thank again y'all from your friend in Alabama

The temporary spare didn't allow more than about 70-ish miles on it per trip, so we found the nearest big city (Texarkana) and nearest Discount Tire, which was handily on the highway! I booked an appointment for first thing next morning to replace the busted tire, and also inspect the rest since we noticed a nail in the tread of another while rotating the wheels to put the spare on the back. They knew we had to get on our way due to the note I left plus chatting with us, and were mindful of our timeframe and got us out in 30 minutes! (Pro Tip: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, no matter what.) I can't say enough about using Discount Tire for your tire needs: they specialize in this and know what they're doing! We had bought the "certificates" on these tires last time, not really knowing it would be used, but drove away paying only $49 to certify the new tire (saving over $200) with the other nail repair, inspection, mounting and balancing for free. I can't imagine using anyone else!

The person I spoke to was rude and kept saying "What you see online is correct. You just need to order it online". So I ordered it online. Later that day I get a call saying "We only have 3 of those wheels in the warehouse and cannot get any more. Would you like to pick another?" I said no. Just cancel the order. The next day I tried to order wheels somewhere else but couldn't because Discount still hasn't cancelled the order and issued me a refund. I called customer service and got no where with them either. Don't go to one of these places if you expect anything that resembles service.
