They were kind and professional, and helped mom through the insurance process, and even drove us home. We were thrilled when, just about 2 weeks later, they called and said we could pick up the van. I was expecting it to just be drivable, but the entire job was finished! They did flawless work on the repair and paint matching is excellent. The mechanical work also seems to be thoroughly done. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend the Newburgh, IN location to anyone in the Evansville area.

His only employee has 3 fingers on one hand (not a good trait for someone who is supposed to change parts with their hands) and he broke a body panel on my car and they literally super glue'd it back together and smeared bondo over it thinking I wouldn't notice. When I finally had enough of his piss poor work ethic. I came to pick up my car and it was in worse condition then when I dropped it off 2 months prior and sitting outside in the rain. My car has a $200,000+ msrp and he promised me it would never sit outside and Not only that, he threw all my super valuable parts in the trunk and on my leather seats ruining my passenger seat ($6000) and left my car (which is worth more than every car on the property combined) outside in the rain and didn't even offer to help me load it on the trailer. He left the windows down in my car for two months in his dusty ass shop leaving my super rare red interior covered in a disgusting layer of hillbilly body shop filth. Every time I went to check on the car and his progress he had a new excuse of why he hadn't done anything or why he didn't show up to work for weeks at a time He is so rude and so is his girlfriend and his employee, they are soooo unprofessional! He wasted 2 months of my time. On top of all this, the guy lost tons of hardware for my hood and rear grille pieces and refuses to pay me back or give me my parts.
