Picked my jeep up yesterday thought it looks pretty good untill I got it home and noticed the door in the sun has a Wave in it. See the video. And the wheel housing is missing the liner. I mean how do you completely miss parts? Especially since you had it for 3 weeks! I gave them an opportunity since they did decent work before but never again. Take it across the the street to Cannon! Update. Front wheel flare was never secured! The wind noise from the door is soo bad which was never there until after their so called repairs. I can! Honestly say NOT ONE THING WAS COMPLETED on this repair. Stay away!!!! read more

My second time with this company and it was just as positive as the first time a few years ago. Perfect from drop off to pick up. They are friendly, understanding and go the extra mile if needed. My adjuster, Kat, was top notch. They made my 2004 Honda (yes 2004) look brand new. They kept me informed every day and step of the process. Finished even earlier than expected. You won't go wrong using this body shop for your vehicle's needs. Five Stars!!! read more

Where should I begin? The only reason I even used this place was because it was one of State Farm's preferred shops... Well we take our car in after hitting a deer in February. We have been back in forth with the shop and our insurance since(6/25/25). The first problem was waiting for parts. That took forever and a day. The Greg(who I guess is no longer there) called us to tell us the car is finished just waiting on some little parts that we could bring the car back up later to be put on. We go to the shop and notice that there is gaps between the fender and the hood and bumper. Hood isn't unlatching like it should, rocks, hair and paint runs all in the paint, turn signal broken. So we said something to them and our insurance company about it all. We were told by Greg that there wasn't anything more they can do and that it wasn't about the quality of work it's about the profit they can make.... After about another month waiting for State Farm to get their people out there we get told the same thing. So we finally go to pick up the car and the guy in the back.. don't know his name wants to be a smart ass, granted he was dealing with the happiest customers considering what all we've been through, but still. Now we have a car that has traction control lights on, abs lights on, gaps in the fender hood and bumper, runs in the paint, turn signal light still broken, bright lights that don't work.. basically more issues than what we would have been dealing with had I let my husband fix it himself. And no we did not call that shop again after finding all these lights on because we've been told several times that "that's all we can do". The photos are some of what we are left with... Also, yes. We have after market fenders, but again, if a backyard body mechanic can do things better than a "professional" body shop then there is something seriously wrong. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. This shop is unreliable, disorganized, and dishonest. They claimed my bumper was replaced when it was not. I later had to bring my car back a second time to correct damage they caused to parts that were not damaged prior and to finally replace the bumper they said had already been replaced. Even after the second visit, ( months later) I left with loose clips and a poor parts fit. I was told these issues would be corrected, but they never followed through. Communication was almost nonexistent throughout the entire process. I was repeatedly told I would receive proper paperwork detailing the repairs and that someone would reach back out--neither ever happened. The work was sloppy, accountability was nonexistent, and this experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I've had two vehicles repaired by Caliber and I've been extremely happy with work both times.

Avoid at all cost! While the representative is dealt with was very nice, the shop was completely incompetent. It took them 30 days to replace and paint a front bumper and hood. I went to pick up my car several times and they didn't have it properly painted! Somehow, they managed to damage my interior door trim and never were able to buff out a huge paint run. I called several times to have the paint run addressed and they never called back. Extremely slow, horrible quality of work, unable to do the work properly after several times. read more

My truck was hit on the driver side door. Took it to the Fountain inn center. Biggest mistake ever. They are slow. They do not call you back as promised. You constantly have to be on their butts to get any thing done. It's been almost 2 months and my door is still not fixed. Even after the store manager said "he was going to take care of me". Last phone contact was december 4 2019. Supposedly they are waiting on insurance to approve the fix. Will be contacting corporate. read more

I'm recommending Caliber Collision of Fountain Inn SC every chance I get. The customer service was great, I had body work done that you can't even tell where the accident was. Their paint job is immaculate!! I even had them to do my alternator while it was there. I was told 5 days and it was just that. I got a call every single day on the update of what was happening with my car. I've found my body shop. I just wished they had experience on foreign cars!! They would have all my business.. one happy customer. Tawanna of Simpsonville read more

I has a small accident in my Hyundai. I scrapped the paint off my bumper on concrete and damaged the rubber lower bumper. I got a quick estimate that I considered a fair price. They had the part in a day and I dropped the vehicle off. They called me two days early than anticipated that the work was done. It looks like new. I went there because other members of my family had used them and were pleased. The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend them read more

My experience, not good, they don't return calls or texts as a business should, they are very slow, they are better at making excuses than fixing vehicles, will never give them business again. read more

I brought my Mercedes in for repair from a side swipe. The repair work was flawless. On the drive home I noticed a scratch on my steering wheel that was not previously there. I called Caliber Collision to notify them of the scratch and they asked me to bring the car in for them to see. I was concerned that I had no proof that the scratch was not on the steering wheel prior to them working on my car so I had my doubts if they would rectify this for me. They looked at my car and never once questioned if the scratch was previously there. They had me bring my car in and they repaired this scratch with no questions asked. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with the work and service of Caliber Collision. read more

They did a good job. Wendell kept me informed throughout the whole process, and the car looked better than it did before the fender bender.

Excellent customer service, great price and repair was quick! The body work is a really good finished product! I had to come by bike to pick up my car and they went out of their way to bring my bike back home!! Overall they are a friendly place to get your car repaired for a great price! read more
