I found a chip in my windshield, no idea when or how it happened, but Caliber Auto Glass was so fast to respond to my insurance claim request for a windshield repair. They reached out in maybe 30 minutes to schedule my appointment. Day of the tech called me to make sure it was good for him to come on out, & let me know when he arrived. I left him with my keys & he had the job done in just about 10 minutes. He took the time to educate me after so I knew what the repair did. Since it was a repair, there is still a "blemish" on the glass, but it's smoothed out so it won't get worse & it is visually much cleaner. It isn't as noticeable anymore. The speed of booking, the speed of the job itself, the fact that they came to me, & how good it looks? Very worth whatever price it would've taken had insurance not covered it. The technician arrived before the appointment time, and he was very polite and professional. After he examined the vehicle, he explained exactly what the process would entail, and what the results would be. We had a stone chip that cracked right away due to the high heat with the ac on. We contacted our insurance I told them we wanted to use caliber Auto Glass. They were great about communicating with us about the replacement service. I was able to pay my deductible on line. They came right to the house and did the replacement.
