Poor quality work and two of us were hurt during our service. My pedicure took 20 minutes and I had to use cuticle nippers the next day to clean up the shoddy work. My toes were painted poorly and they missed paint the sides. It was awful. read more

NOT thrilled. The salon had only one other client when I arrived. I had gel polish coming off, and wanted acrylic nails. I asked for French. They didn't remove all the polish from before. I have orange gel polish left around the edges. The tips did not fit my nails. Some were even crooked. They were filed in a square when I asked them for rounded corners. They were almost sharp. One person used the dremel, then he got up and another actually did my nails. They only put one coat of clear. The guy came back, I guess to inspect the work, and ran a file over the end of my ring finger nail edge. He left it rough. I asked what he did. He said it was fine, there was a mark, or bubble, or something. I will NOT be going back. I recently moved here. I had a WONDERFUL nail salon in Nashville. Nails & Cocktails. I may drive the hour it takes to get them done right! read more

I would not recommend this salon. They are not very friendly when you go. The worst part is the do a terrible job. Do not let the man do your nails ever. His hands shake so bad that he makes me bleed and hurts my nail bed and cuticle every time I am unlucky enough to get him. He painted my stepdaughters nails and she could have done a better job herself. It sucks because they are so close and convenient but I'd rather drive to Murfreesboro or Manchester than to have my poor fingers bleeding and sore. read more

I was not impressed. My acrylic nails are crooked & I wasn't even asked if I wanted color on my nails. I have never had my nails done before, but from things I've heard from people who do get them done regularly I think I got ripped off. read more

The girl that did my nails, I showed her a pic and she murdered my fingernails... Practically drilling through my natural nail.... Leaving me with my nails in pain & all ten misshapen.... Was really not impressed with the service I got. They had plenty of empty seats so got in and out fairly quickly. The owner I felt was a bit rude. The lady that did my Mani and pedi was nice. I normally go to a place in Manchester but haven't been able to get there for a bit. I paid about four times what I pay at the place I normally go. I think next time I will make time. It hurt a bit during the Mani, never a good sign. read more

This place is very over priced for the work they do. I have been there two times and I'm thinking I'm never going back. I always take my 12 year old daughter with me to get her nails painted. It seems like they don't even try to do a good job! Its pretty bad when your daughter says mom you could have done better!!!! read more
