They have a really awesome layout. The lobby has fancy couches, the artists portfolios on the table, a computer to look up designs of preference, and pictures on the wall. They have a viewing "window" from the lobby that I thought was very creative. It gives the tattoo artist his space but allows friends to be in talking range. Very creative. Their prices are a little on the higher end.. but they give good quality tattoos, are friendly, and make the "customer" feel comortable as any shop should.All of their tattoos are custom, I did see a couple in the portfolios that looked fairily similar but enough difference to not be the same. I always suggest getting a custom tattoo!!!! Over all this place knows what they are doing and are good at it. They dont do piercings... the artists are Kenneth "Biggie", and Dylan. Only cash is accepted. They appreciate walk-ins but appointments are appreciated. Recently, our community lost Cassie Cotta who was killed by her husband by domestic violence. I've previously had a bad tattoo experience and in the process of laser and Ward B was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. I felt like we were on the same page during the entire process. This parlor definitely caters to American Traditional, but can do other styles as well. They offer consultations and genuinely listen to your concerns and wants for your tattoo.

The piercer is also the most unexperienced piercer I've ever met, managed to cut my nose while attempting to pierce my nose and put the wrong jewelry in my siblings double nostril piercing and at the wrong angle to which she now has to spend $80 elsewhere to get this fixed. Fuck all of these people for offering no prepped resolution either.
