I second the review of Candy C.--no one--not Gassen Management nor the HOA wanted to take…read moreresponsibility for snow removal--so they just didn't do it. Plus, Gassen wasn't interested in maintaining or cleaning up the place--so just let it go and "quit" the end of May. Nothing is being kept up--including the amenities building where the "office" is. The rain gutters on the amenities fell down after one of the last snow storms, and just hung there for weeks--then the part that was hanging was removed and the gutter hangs open-ended right in the middle--right where it can drain right outside the front door--so don't try to go there when it's raining! A higher and higher percent of the units are rentals. Also, only some buildings are supposed to be "pet buildings" but renters are bringing in dogs anywhere at will and some have even been told by the homeowner(s) (relatives of a board member) that dogs are okay. The renters (for some reason always smokers) don't pick up after the dogs. (or the cigarette butts, for that matter) The board goes out of their way to rig the elections. Last year, they disallowed a lot of proxies signed by homeowners, and the secretary voted a bunch of non-specified proxies (there was no place on the proxies they sent out to specify a candidate) for herself and her cronies. They declared the "winners" before the ballot counters even finished. This year, they are "appointing" their cronies to the open positions. I would stay away.

2 separate townhomes had hail damage last year. one unit had all repairs finalized within a matter…read moreof a few months. The other didn't have repairs started until July of this year. There have been abundant phone calls by multiple residents to Property Solutions, in which calls haven't been returned. The sheer volume of unanswered calls is unacceptable for any business. Being they serve our community in which they are compensated, it lacks professionalism and demonstrates an unwillingness to accommodate the needs of the people they supposedly serve. I am hopeful Property Solutions will see this review in order to reevaluate their practices moving forward. Although I appreciate what they have done as part of their job to make this construction happen in the neighborhood, other follow through details should also be taking place and that means contacting community members back.
