The staff get you in and out with a smile, the team is efficient. I was done and on my day in a short time. Very professional and efficient.

I arrived close to 1:30 pm. I asked the desk staff if there was much of a wait. ( because over a…read moreyear ago I had a wait over an hour. I was told it would be approx 20-25 min.) There was only one walk in person ahead of me. After a full 45 min passed. I asked if I had to wait for the same Dr that does walk ins to treat patients with appointments. I was told no. I was advised I would be in soon. I waited, again. Finally I was put in a room at 2:30. I asked approx how long I would be seen. The nurse said the Dr got tied up on a phone call but now, was in the room with the other walk in, and I was next right after her. I waited another hour, until 3:30 approx. I apologized for being cranky because I was hungry, thirsty & tired of waiting.. I explained I had been waiting over 2 hours. Her response was dismissive, she stated I had to wait for her to see 4 other rooms, before me. She said the desk does their best, and said something about my expectations being managed. I will never do a walk in at this clinic. The desk needs to be honest. No excuses, the waiting room was empty. I suspect the Dr had gone for lunch break. I could have taken a bus, gone to another walk in clinic faster and had lunch and water myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Not a nice way to treat a Senior citizen or anyone.

The Beverly Centre has been a saving grace for our family especially for my mother who refused to…read moreadmit herself into any care facility. After many caregivers had failed she finally decided to try out this facility. Months have now passed and although she has a beautiful condominium along the river she admits she does not want to leave the Beverly. For a reasonable fee my mother has been getting the best medical attention; 24 hour healthcare, medicine and food is included plus all in house therapies. She can play bingo, do sing along, play memory games, participate in arts and crafts, go to the hair parlour and even have a priest come in once a week to give her communion. My mother's moral has risen, she has color in her cheeks, plus she is more agile, can move her fingers and feed herself (arthritis) and lift her legs again. It has been a vast improvement. The staff here is amazing, they are kind and friendly and so ever so tender with her. She is basically treated like a queen. She has her own phone,TV with cable in her room and she can come and go as she pleases. Added perk is that there is a Montessori Kindergarten class that is taught here so my mother can enjoy the view of all the children. She was once a Kindergarten teacher herself so this is such a gift to be able to witness the children around her. Meals here are even pretty tasty; many times I have paid the $5 voucher to accompany my mother for a meal. I have had quiche, fish, and lasagne. Soup and salads, juice, coffee and tea are also included in this small fee. If she wants to wander, there is a central courtyard with flowers for her to touch and smell and she can do a bit of gardening too. She can grow her own tomatoes if she wishes. Best part is 80% of the staff is Filipino so my mother can talk in her native language and get that special attention that Filipino care workers are so famous for. This ain't no Beverly Hills, its better it's Beverly Centre Lake Midnapore.

The technician clearly did not care enough to test drive the vehicle before returning it as "repaired" within 10 minutes of driving the issue had returned. Additionally, the car was left with a foul odor - obviously they do not care about quality or customer service. Suggest you avoid this place.

They only put in ONE quart of refrigerant to the already dirty refrigerant in the system. They also spilled oil on our windshield (and not just a little bit, either) and didn't bother to clean it up. It was the second time we have been there, and the LAST! Beware anyone considering going to this place. You're better off going elsewhere.

It was a big job that required removing the two turbos and associated parts. My truck is running much quieter and performs better. The cost was significantly lower than what Ford quoted me.
