They're actually a mish-mash of anything computer and internet related, having an internet café and a digital design studio all in one shop. I've brochure-hoarded (one of my guilty pleasures, sue me) one time and I found out they do web design packages, as well as designs related to company branding. They can do your logos, letterheads, IDs, whatever the hell you need to look even more pro in the business world. I haven't exactly tried (or thought about purchasing) those packages though. They can cost a lot for a starting business owner after all. But I did try printing my own digital paintings there. Sometimes, there are problems with the printer calibration, but they do allow printing a sample first so you can request adjustments. It was satisfying nonetheless, and printing my digital paintings here had gotten pretty addicting. I now send them as postcards during the hoidays to friends all over the world, hah!

I had a web site built by these people in 2015. The site worked well with a few hickups for about 4…read moreyears. At this point I had put about 10,000 hours into loading it. Then the problems started, it kept going off line, or droping out. I understand issues, I just wanted it fixed, whatever the cost. Do you think I could get onto somebody - NO CHANCE. I decided to change web hosts, this proved difficult because I needed the cpanel login info to transfer the website across. These people refused to supply the info to MY site. In the end I had to stay. Now, just recently the post calculator has failed, which I find out is because Aus Post no longer supports Drupal (which is a crap platform). I have asked these people about building another website in Wordpress which does support postage, they have been draging their feet about getting back to me for 8 weeks. In the mean time I lose $2,000/day with my site down. I have since contacted another developer who has built my new site in 3 weeks. However to migrate the thousands of hours on info requires the Cpanel login, here we go again, they wont return my emails, and I cant phone them, the number dosent work!!! In Summary, these are the worst shower of B*%$^& I have ever dealt with, and would only recommend them to clean drains...NOT.
