They will look you in the eye and lie to you, and then they will grossly overcharge you for their services. At least the cpa who we dealt with sure turned out to be a horribly dishonest man. We asked what he would charge upfront only to have him double it later for no reason, when it was too late and we had to pay. Stay away!
