The place is not located on the busy streets and is a small walk inside an alley. The owner is a french guy who fortunately spoke good english and was chatty and fun. We really wanted to talk to someone local to know more about the town but not knowing the language had been a hindrance in Ibiza uptil now.He made some great drinks and chatted with us in between serving other customers. The drinks are expensive (compared to other bars) but were well made. There is limited seating inside but more outfront. The music was peppy.

We absolutely loved our server, Marc, who humored our attempts at French and our determination to make our way through the entire cocktail list. Between two visits, I'm pretty confident I did indeed try nearly every item on the list. Favorites were the espresso martini, bloody mary, absinthe coffee flip, green beast, trader vic's mai tai... honestly, there wasn't a bad one in the bunch! Order what sounds good and you'll be more than happy with your selection. Bar 1805 was one of my favorite spots of our entire two week Spain trip, so I highly recommend a visit if you find yourself in Ibiza!
