Competent work BUT despite multiple requests they could not provide an estimate of the expected costs in advance. They simply provided me their standard rate chart and repeated the mantra that a property sale is not usually a simple process. Another two small peeves they insisted on sending all communication to me as attachments and not simple email. I am not sure if this is just the way it was always done. Who knows. they invoiced me time which I consider as part of the base service. For example they sent me an invoice with no bank details. When I requested the bank details so that I could pay them they added another 15 minutes for communicating these details to me. There were 3-4 other examples of this type of charging.
