The drinks are a bit mediocre, though. They seem to be more of an afterthought. Staff in general are polite. One barman, however, was really rude. We asked if he could make a White Russian (during the day, I would never ask if it were super busy). He then acted like we'd shot his dog. After we finished our drinks and paid, he actually called us over and started scolding us like naughty children. He said we could only order the drinks on the menu. That's fair enough but the way he did it was incredibly patronizing and rude. We were only asking a question. Don't think he works there anymore, thank God. Other than that, one of my favorite bars in Bonn.
