No one was in at 7:30, but the menu looked fun. It was lovely, picture perfect, entertaining to the eyes and palate cuisine. Every course was fun. L'Oeuf Parfait was perfect. Low temperature cooking is new for me.The cool temperature of the first course made all the individual flavors stand out. I followed up with Le Canard, which came out as an architectural masterpiece. This was another dish with multiple flavors and multiple textures that tasted as good as it looked. Finishing with Poire, a marinated pear with chocolate shavings and chocolate ganache topped off the Prix Fixe meal. There were two levels of meals above this that looked just as incredible on the neighboring tables. The meal also started with a fun Amuse Bouche and ended with a trio of miniature desserts after coffee. If you enjoy a fabulous setting, architectural food, new tastes and flavors, then this is a place for you. I've foie gras in another country (it's banned in California). And some have tendon and but perfectly soft like they did. Perfectly seared. With some pear which enhanced the flavor and reduced the heaviness of it. Duck confit - It's not the duck confit I had before. It's almost like a jerky duck. Very flavorful. The potatoes were well done with duck fat, bacon and garlic. The sauce goes really well with it with a bit of sweetness in the sauce. Steak - this was the only one that's not allowed me to give a 5 stars. The steak was overcooked, we asked for medium rare and it was medium well, a little on the salty side as well, but not getting point deducted because it may be how the French like it and the cheese sauce actually helped neutralize it All in all, very high quality meal. 4.5 stars.
