We wanted to play billiards with a group of friends after a super fun day, but were eventually refused entry. Why? We stood neatly in front of the counter where the prices are to see what we wanted to do and what it costs. Then the lady behind the counter (the owner herself, according to her) speaks to us antisocially with a tone of 'don't want to stand in front of the counter. Then neatly we went back a few steps and sat on the bench to determine what we want to do. And a minute later she yells again behind the counter, 'you can't sit there ooo'. And yet we remained polite and asked where we could sit. show us another place. And then one of the boys wanted to take a look at the foot billiards track, and then she screamed even louder that that is not the intention. And then we were fed up and went to tell the lady why she behaves this way to us. Whether something is wrong. She had no answer to that and then we could tell. Had to vacate the property. This is absurd approach to the customers. Very antisocial. Not recommended how they treat their customers there. Even after I called the police to tell my story, it unfortunately did not help. A big fail for customer friendliness

Absolutely horrid. If I could give it zero stars I would…read more Went there and asked before sitting down if they accepted Credit Cards to which they said yes if over 10 Euros. Sat down and ordered a few drinks along with burgers which were nothing fancy. They're frozen paddies like you'd get from McDonalds. Long story short, when it was time to pay I was told they only accept EC cards ( German Debit cards ). Not only did I not get an apology, they were blaming me for not having an EC card or cash even though I asked specifically beforehand for this very reason. They held my ID until I went to the ATM and got cash, and only after I paid they said a simple sorry and that the employee was made aware that they don't accept CC. Ruined a perfect night.
