The food was the real highlight. The steak and egg sandwich was insane in the best possible way: tender meat, a perfectly runny egg, and a bun that actually held everything together. Even the traditional Chilean drink with the toasted grains at the bottom was something I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did. It's different, but absolutely worth trying.
