The restaurant has an amazing, beautiful space in a rustic building. The wine cellar is this large glass enclosure full of delicious wines and liquors!
We did our presentation mostly in English but I think they have many languages available to use, as they used English, Spanish, Catalan, and Italian with our group.
The food was out of this world! So delicious!! It all felt like real delicious food, not pretentious or snobby, but elegant food, you want to eat. We also didn't leave feeling sick to our stomachs from so much food. It was perfect! It was a long experience, 4-5 hours?? But we had such a good time and with amazing food and company, we didn't mind!!
We did both the Chef's menu and wine pairing, both €250 each. I would say, next time, wine pairing isn't needed. We could have done a few bottles and been just as happy. The paring was decent but not enough reds and too many white wines for my liking. The wines were interesting, but didn't love them. One person didn't do the wine pairing and they had the Numanthia red wine, which was my favorite of the lunch.
I May have missed a photo or two but it was so fun interacting with the kitchen team and seeing how they work. They were so professional and thorough and quiet!! I was shocked how they orchestrated the meals for the entire restaurant with professional ease, and finesse.
I would go back, I would do the chef's table again, and I would stay locally for the night.
The food, the service, the experience are all worth repeating!
