The set up us beautiful and very quiet inside. Such a cool experience to dine at the chef's table in the kitchen. The food had me drooling every time a plate came. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness behind each decision is carefully explained with every plate that is brought to you. Many bites have a combination of exquisite tastes that you'd never think to merge and are mind-blowing. My favorite was the cotton candy with foie. One of the people in our party had a dietary restriction and the way they addressed it and adjusted the plates was very creative. We even bought a copy of their book. If I can come back here next summer, I will!!
