This was the worst coffee shop I've been to before. We came here on a Saturday morning to get some…read morebrunch around 11am.
Let's start off with the service.... or the lack of service. We were ignored for about 15 minutes until the staff finally took our order. Forgivable given it was busy and that it was our server's first day on the job. However, after another 30 minutes of waiting, we told them we'd like to leave and they told us that our coffee was on the house. Except...... we never got our coffee, they were shocked like some magic genie didn't deliver us the coffee while they were chatting it up with other coworkers.
Can't even get to the food or drink since we never got ours. They did send us two slices of bread though..... it was just sorta laying in these weave baskets with no napkin or anything to separate it from the clearly unwashed basket.
Anyways, the Coffee Fellows in the Marktplatz Center as much better service and at least has wifi.
