Their website says that they are closed on Monday and open till 8pm on Tuesdays. I came one Thursday evening and they were closed, so I was kind of bummed out because I thought they were supposed to be open and there was no sign or explanation. I usually just grabbed a single brioche to accompany my coffee but occasionally sprung for a dozen to take into work. I bought my mom a birthday cake at Roxy Bar once, too. It was all SO good! Staff are incredibly warm and friendly. They were always happy to see me and put up with my awful Italian for 4 solid years. If you find yourself anywhere close to Ponsacco (about an hour from Florence, 30 minutes from Pisa), be sure to make a visit to Roxy Bar! I promise it will be a highlight of your trip.
