We were told that this shop was the original that created the famous limoncello that Capri is known for today, and the flavors of their limoncello were unreal! Fresh juices, perfectly balanced with sugar and finely crushed ice made for a true refreshing drink. We also tried some of their sorbets, and selected the Lemon and Watermelon from their vast selection. Again, the quality here is unmatched by anywhere else we've tried in our lives. We were pleasantly surprised by this unassuming roadside stand off the beaten path. The workers here are hard-working and friendly. They spoke some English, which made it easier for us to order. If we ever visit Capri again, we'll for sure come back here!

We started with caprese & my husband chose the prosciutto panini & I had the eggplant bake. The panini was extremely fresh & the flavors were spot on. The eggplant was FABULOUS!!!! Absolutely loved it. It was baked to Perfect and very cheesy on the top! The restaurant was clean and the servers were extremely kind & proactive. They have a nice patio to sit & enjoy the beautiful views. Highly recommend & they have a pretty big menu if you're looking for something specific, I bet they have it!
Only place that was open for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. on a Friday but glad we came here…read more Food was cheap and such big portion size for that price!! All the paninis were so fresh! Bread was warm and quite large as well. A large amount of fresh mozzarella in all the paninis, but it was a good thing. Pancake stack was also of a good portion size too. Asked for the one with fruit and this one actually had alternating layers of fruit and pancakes. Really nice. It was not on the menu but I saw someone else get some scrambled eggs with sausages and when I asked for it they said they didn't have any more sausages but could make me some eggs. So I asked for an omelette and they actually delivered exceptionally well! Quite a large fluffy omelette and they put ham inside! Absolutely beautiful meal. Even as for a side of ham because I wanted some extra protein to a salad I had got on my own. They actually gave me a plate full of ham! What beautiful service!

We each got the "breakfast" sandwich (bacon, egg, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese) and enjoyed every bite. We also tried the freshly brewed American coffee- SO. GOOD. We loved our first experience so much that we came back twice the following day; once for breakfast (try the pear and ginger juice!) and a second time for a chicken curry meal (on the special menu for the day). We will certainly be back to Hoop!

For example, it said burgers and then "see list." Where was the list? Then there was a many of daily specials- I guess that was the list? Despite our confusion, we ended up all getting burgers at the recommendation of the sweet server (who was so kind even though she spoke almost no English and our Italian is so limited). It was easy to ask, in Italian, what she recommended and then to see what she pointed at. So we ended up with the burger made of cauliflower, tomatoes and black olives. Sounds kind of out there but it was legit one of the tastiest things I ate in Naples! Something about the seasoning and great olive oil used was more flavorful and savory than a lot of stuff I tried. Then each burger comes with three sides, which seems like a LOT, but ended up being perfect! I got a variety of veggies including carrots and cabbage, and absolutely loved everything! I sampled some of the other sides from my family members' plates and also enjoyed them. It seems like you can't go wrong with any of the sides. For dessert we shared a vegan gelato that was marzipan flavor and it was out of this world. We were shocked to discover it was vegan. This place rocks! I would go back in a heartbeat and order with an open mind. By the time we left the place had many more full tables, so evidentially we were just there a bit early.
