Very disappointed with service and food. First of all there is no menu in English, only chech and German, so you will see price only when they bring you the cheque. The second we are travelling all around Europe for 2 months and this is only one and first place that does not accept credit card. It's ridiculous in Cheb you can even pay in public bus with credit card but not in this place. They did not mention it before we got our cheque, they said they put small piece of paper on German and Chech, but sorry not everyone speak those languages.
So they send us to Bank but in the bank you cannot take money from credit card, good we found some euro. They exchange rate is very bad for the customers, so I went to exchange currency place and got 40 kron more. And the last no bread was provided with soup also for the first time, you need to pay for it 25 kron. And food was not so good.
