The worst part is that they can care less about people who bring them business. By that I mean: no Hi, no communication about potential risks of the service, no professionaly looking receipt, no thank you for your business and bye. Now, image your garment being damaged and an angry biz owner you are supposed to talk to calmly about what the possible solutions are, tries to bring you down, is being nasty, but I combative and urges you to leave and blames you for the damage!!! Never have I been treated with such contempt. I should have read a couple of reviews before coming here since owner' s modus operandi is very consistent with what other people have written so far!
