The croquetas filling was a little thick for my liking, but the flavor was very good. Our waiter, Jhon, was so kind, friendly, and very attentive. We miscalculated how much time we had to get to a show, and he send our main entree out in a to go box lighting fast. The lomo saltado was SO good - how good, you may ask? So good, that when we got back to our hotel after the show we ate it straight out of the box and it was to die for. So unbelievably flavorful, and the beef was so tender and juicy.
