It would have been nice if server would tell us that they were out of certain dishes on the pri-fix menu when they first gave us the menu. All dishes for different people came out at different times. For example 3 people had already enjoyed 2 courses (starter and soup) and were now waiting for the entre... while the other people at the table...one had only received their drink and the second person was yet to get anythinG. When drinks came out... one had a straw and the other two didn't. The wait between the 2nd and 3rd course (after the soup and waiting for the entree) was about 20 minutes.
