This place is more a bar than a restaurant. However the food is tasty and substantial…read more Striking in this place is that it is divided in three rather small rooms, each with only 3 or so tables in them and since people are allowed to smoke in restaurants/bars in Austria the place seems to fill up with smoke quite quickly. The quite basic look was complimented with a welcome couple of good looking paintings. The menu consist of 6 soups or so, about 10 starters and 8 or so mains dishes. There are about 8 deserts available. We each had a soup and a main. The portions where large and the taste was good, yet basic without much fantasy. A bit like the stuff an Austrian grandma would cook I guess. The waiter was alone and seemed busy. When I asked for a recomandation he did not have any. He was friendly nevertheless.
