The apres ski is great fun and although the same band (The Short and Curlies (??!)) have been there for years, the recipie is successful and from about 4pm you'll enter to a scene reminicent of something from the film Coyote Ugly, with attractive Scandanavians dancing on tables and attractive bar staff serving your drinks. The drinks prices are high but then then food and drink in the resort is pretty dear on the whole. Into the evening the pub retains its party atmosphere with more dancing on tables into the early hours you'll be glad to hear.

This is a great spot for drinks in Zell am See. It has two separate areas that are quite different…read morefrom each other. Outside, they have a fairly small terrace that is ideal for a few après-ski drinks. Like many of the other après-ski terraces, they have some heaters to make sitting outside more enjoyable on a chilly day. They also have the pretty standard drinks selection including beer, wine, several types of schnapps and warm wine. Service is at the bar and was quite friendly and efficient. Downstairs, they have an indoor bar. This is a good spot for drinks later in the evening or après-ski on a day with weather that isn't quite nice enough for the outdoor terrace. A final plus for this establishment is the location. It is well located both for après-ski and after dinner drinks as it is both centrally located in the town and close to the bottom of the trail that you take to get back to Zell am See. I would definitely come back if I go to Zell am See again.
