I think they are made of banana, oat, and egg, so they don't really look like normal pancakes and you may be suspicious, but they are oddly delicious. I didn't eat the breakfast sandwich, but the egg muffins were actually fantastic - really big compared to the ones I make at home in a muffin tin, piping hot with abundant cheese throughout. Served with a zesty little salad that was actually fresh. It all sounds like pretty simple food, but they do something fun with it and make it a little healthier to boot. Everything we had sounded simple, but tasted a level up. It's not crazy gourmet or anything, but just freshly cooked, affordable, hearty fare - and you can let your wild kids roam free while you linger over the last bites. Win. Win. We'll be back!
